33rd Annual Leesburg Car Show October 2, 2021

The Academies of Loudoun will present the 33rd annual Leesburg Car Show on Saturday, October 2 in downtown Leesburg from 12 to 4 p.m.

Historically, the Leesburg Car Show has placed an emphasis on displaying “classic” cars (25+ years). While all high-quality vehicles are welcome to participate (regardless of age), only classic class cars will be eligible for the specialty awards. 

Downtown streets will close at 10 a.m. for car show staging at the following locations:

  • King Street from North to Loudoun streets
  • Market Street from Church to Wirt streets
  • Cornwall Street from King to Wirt streets

The awards ceremony will take place at 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of King and Market streets. Downtown streets will reopen to the public by 5 p.m.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will be cancelled and refunds provided within 30 business days. All proceeds will benefit the students and staff at the Academies of Loudoun. 13th Annual Airshow at Leesburg Airport

Airshow Returns to Leesburg Airport on September 25, 2021

The Leesburg Executive Airport will be hosting a thrilling air show this fall. There will be a variety of experimental and antique aircraft. Other tarmac attractions include aviation-related displays, exhibits, an inflatable for the kids, and a variety of food and beverage vendors.

Beginning at 1 p.m., the skies above Leesburg will come alive with daring aerobatic performances. Featured performers include the Commemorative Air Force, Paul Dougherty, The Flying Circus, Kevin Russo and the Jersey Jerks, Mark Meredith, and Scott Francis. This year’s announcer will be Howdy McCann with David Schultz Airshows.

Heritage High School, 520 Evergreen Mills Rd.

Segra Field, 42095 Loudoun United Drive.

Shuttles will run continuously from 10:45am until 4:30pm. Masks are required to ride the shuttles.

Airport parking reserved for those with DMV issued disabled permit. Accessible shuttles and parking are available at the two other parking locations.

Little Flower Consignments 2021 Fall Sale: Early Shopping Pass Giveaway

With two sales each year, once in the spring and again in the fall, Little Flower Consignments is one of the largest children’s consignment sales in Loudoun County. At the sale you will find gently used baby and children’s clothing, baby gear and furniture, accessories, toys, maternity, and more. Everything is priced far below retail.

We are giving away two free early admission passes to the Little Flower Consignments Spring Sale. Contest runs September 18th through September 21st. Passes are good for EARLY ADMISSION to the sale.  Visit our Facebook page to enter. Winner will be selected at random and notified on September 22.

There are a few changed to the sale this year. Masks will be required. There will be no children allowed at the sale to comply with capacity limits. No shopping bags will be offered, so bring your own. Make sure to visit the sales page for all the details.

No strollers permitted inside sale area. No children, other than infants in soft carriers, will be admitted this year.

CONTEST RULES:

Eligibility: Little Flowers Consignment Early Shopping Pass Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor: The contest is sponsored by Loudoun Mom Discounts and Deals and Little Flower Consignments, both located in Loudoun County, Virginia. The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Contest Period: The contest begins on September 18, 2012 and ends on September 21, 2012 at 11:59PM. Entries that are submitted before or after the contest period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the contest only online through Facebook.

How to Enter: Visit our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/LoudounMomDiscountsDeals) and follow the directions provided. Limit one (1) entry person, per Facebook account, and per household for the duration of the contest period. Entries received from any person, account, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize Drawing: On or about September 22, 2021, Loudoun Mom Discounts and Deals will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Loudoun Mom Discounts and Deals will attempt to notify the potential winners via Facebook messenger on or about September 22, 2021. If the potential winners cannot be contacted within two (2) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, Loudoun Mom Discounts and Deals may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

Winner Notification: The potential winners will be notified by Facebook messenger. Each winner will be required to respond within two (2) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her early shopping pass.

Prize: Two prizes given away. Each is an early admission pass to the Little Flowers Consignment Sale on October 2, 2012; one (1) pass for winner. Early admission begins at 7:30 am the first day of the sale.

General Conditions: If the contest is not capable of running as planned for any reason including, but not limited to, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, Internet failures and disruptions, and ISP problems, or any other causes, which, in the sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, the sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and determination of fairness, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to such action, in accordance with these official rules. Sponsors may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, operation of the contest, or violates these official rules.
